Another lovely warm spring day here, making it so hard to stay indoors. I did manage to get outside to spray paint a few new bags, but I had a huge to-do list waiting inside. I got a few things crossed off...including updating my logo. It's something I've been needing to do for awhile but first I had to figure out what direction I wanted to go with my business...serious and professional? or fun and quirky?
Not exciting. It doesn't represent the idea of one of a kind at all. After several hours and numerous ideas I finally {I think} decided on this:
It started with the idea of making green city population sign. That was the inspiration for the whole idea behind PopulationOne to begin with. My favorite color is lime green so instead of the traditional kelly green used on the signs, I went brighter. And pink and green is one of my favorite combos. The one pink tree represents the idea of being different and standing out in a crowd. I'll probably tweak it over the next few days, but there it is...the new me! What do you think?
A few other new things I had to show off: I found these adorable peep toe shoes at Nordstrom. I love the teal color...they'll go with so many things!

Hi, I was just passing through (yay for blog surfing!). I think your new logo design is very cute. I didn't look at all your bag designs, but there is an orange one that's like a little clutch that is so adorable! Best wishes on your business venture! (btw, love the shoes! Do they come in a 9 1/2? =)
